Directions

Each of our teams is playing within the City of Richmond at the Henderson Sports Complex on Old Brook Road.

NOTE ABOUT PARKING: According to the staff at the Parks service, there is an unpaved parking lot along the the eastern edge of the fields, along Forest Lawn Drive. They have also said that there are NO restrictions on parking at the nearby schools (provided games are after school hours), so there are several options available for parking. Please select the best for you. It appears that the parking behind the Middle school is the best, but please use your best judgement.

Written Directions:

From the Diamond take I-95 North (Exit 79). After approximately 1 mile, take Exit 80 on right (Lakeside Ave) and then make a left onto Westbrook at the top of the hill (end of exit ramp). Follow Westbrook east, across both Brook Road and Chamberlayne Ave. One block past Chamberlayne Ave., you will drive directly into parking lot for Henderson Middle School. This is also known as the Henderson Softball Complex where Maggie Walker Governor's School plays its softball games.

RichmondSoftball.org is the Internet home of "Master Hitters" and "Grip 'em and Rip 'em" and "Average Joe's,"
all coed recreational teams in a Richmond (Virginia) Softball league.
